HOW IT ALL STARTED...
In 2023 we launched a self-leadership programme called SOMOS at Selgars Mill, our coliving and nature retreat centre in Devon, UK.

The idea of Focus & Flow Fridays is to bring the SOMOS experience to everyday city life and help people working in high pressure jobs and startups to build their nervous system capacity and cultivate more balance, calm and creativity in their lives and workplaces.

These Friday Sessions are about creating a space to let go of the stress that comes with city life and come back into relationship with yourself and the deeper purpose guiding your life and work. These sessions will also give you an opportunity to connect with peers on a deeper human level, spark your creative juices as well as help you refine your focus and build long term resilience.
WHO WILL BE FACILITATING?
Anton Chernikov
Anton is an entrepreneur who has been working at the intersection of tech, sustainability and real estate for the past 12 years. He is the founder of House of Transformation, Selgars and SOMOS.
"In 2016 I almost died from a rare case of Meningitis. I was in hospital for over a month and unconscious for 10 days. I came back to London with no job, no savings and a huge amount of stress in my mind and body. Dance, art and spending time in nature changed my life. It helped me to confront my own limiting beliefs and grow in self-confidence and focus. It helped me develop as a person and a leader. SOMOS and Focus & Flow Fridays is my way of sharing the tools and practices that have enabled this transformation to take place."
