TRY SOMETHING NEW
We co-design and co-facilitate experiences that enable your team to connect with their deeper intuition and explore less hierarchical and more collaborative ways of working together.

WHY THIS MATTERS?
Remote and hybrid working requires higher levels of trust, communication and systemic awareness. Our workshops enable your team to step out of the day to day and place their full attention on HOW work gets done, both individually and collectively. This time together will enable your team to grow and evolve in a truly regenerative way, delivering results with more flow and joy and less burn out and conflict.
HOW IT WORKS
We start with 1-1 interviews with your senior leadership team as well as group session with your junior team members. This gives us a 360 understanding of your organisational challenges.

We then co-design a programme that we co-facilitate together. This program will include creative and embodied activities such as collaborative painting, nature walks, immersive co-creative dinners, breathwork and conscious movement. These activities will be combined with facilitated workshops or as we like to call them 'masterminds' where we address a series of topics, questions and briefs as a group.

We harvest all of the ideas and outputs of this programme and create an interactive, visual and actionable online collaboration board that your team can continue to draw inspiration from and add to.
FACILITATION TEAM
Isik & Anton have teamed up to co-facilitate regenerative team building experiences for hybrid teams that want to level up their team culture and transition to more creative, collaborative and conscious ways of working.
Their programme has been inspired by the incredible work of Giles Hutchins with VivoBarefoot, an award-winning B-Corp that is on a mission to reconnect people with nature and natural health through regenerative footwear and experiences. They have worked with Giles for many years to transition from sustainability to regeneration: from making stuff, however sustainable, to actively reconnecting with and replenishing the natural world. This is their story.
